At Lia Haddi, we are committed to delivering your pieces with care, transparency, and reliability.

Processing Time

All in-stock items are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days.

Pre-order or custom pieces may require additional production time. Estimated fulfillment timelines will be noted on the product page.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.


Shipping Method

Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS with tracking.

Delivery times vary based on location and selected shipping method. Please note that carrier delays are outside of our control.


Insurance

Orders valued at $300 or more are fully insured.

If you would like to add insurance to a lower-value order, please contact us before shipment.


Domestic Shipping (USA)

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, incorrect addresses provided at checkout, or weather-related disruptions.


International Shipping

We ship internationally to select countries.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, VAT, or import fees required by their country. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are not controlled or collected by Lia Haddi.

We are not responsible for delays due to customs processing.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery confirmation so we can assist with a carrier claim.
