Processing Time

In-stock orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days.

Processing time is separate from the estimated shipping time shown below. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Pre-order items, when offered, may have different fulfillment timelines. Any applicable estimate will be stated on the product page.

United States Shipping

Economy Shipping

• Orders under US$75: US$6.15
• Orders US$75 and over: Free Shipping
• Estimated transit time: 7–14 business days

Shipping estimates begin after your order has been processed and handed to the carrier.

Canada Shipping

Economy International

• Orders under US$99 equivalent: Shipping equivalent to US$20
• Orders US$99 equivalent and over: Free Shipping
• Estimated transit time: 14–20 business days

When shopping in CAD, the converted shipping amount will be displayed at checkout.

International delivery may take longer if an order is delayed by customs or local postal processing.

International Shipping

For eligible destinations outside the United States and Canada:

• Orders US$150 equivalent and over: Free Shipping
• Estimated transit time: 14–20 business days

When local-currency checkout is available, the converted shipping amount will be displayed at checkout.

Availability of international shipping is determined at checkout based on the destination.

Free-shipping eligibility is based on the order subtotal after discounts and before taxes.

Duties, Taxes & Import Fees

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, VAT, brokerage charges, or other import fees assessed by the destination country.

Unless these charges are specifically collected at checkout, they are the responsibility of the recipient.

These charges are determined by local authorities and are separate from Lia H shipping charges.

Lia H is not responsible for delays resulting from customs processing.

Tracking & Delivery

Tracking information will be provided when available after your order ships.

Carrier delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Weather, customs processing, carrier disruptions, peak-season volume, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery times.

Please verify your shipping address carefully before completing checkout. Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us promptly and retain the packaging and item so we can review the issue and, where appropriate, assist with a carrier claim.

If tracking indicates that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with household members, neighbors, building management, and the carrier before contacting us.
