This website, liahaddi.com (the “Site”), is operated by Lia Haddi Modern Jewelry LLC (“Lia H,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
Lia H is the consumer-facing brand operated by Lia Haddi Modern Jewelry LLC. Collections and merchandising concepts appearing on the Site, including The H Edit, are part of Lia H and do not constitute separate legal entities.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Site and your purchase of products directly from Lia H through the Site.
By accessing the Site, creating an account, submitting an order, or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms and to the policies incorporated into them, including our:
- Privacy Policy
- Returns & Exchanges Policy
- Shipping Policy
- Any other policies or notices presented to you at checkout or in connection with a particular product or service
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site or purchase through it.
Our online store is hosted by Shopify Inc., which provides the ecommerce infrastructure that enables us to offer and sell products online.
1. ELIGIBILITY
To make a purchase through the Site, you must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract in your jurisdiction or make the purchase with the authorization and supervision of a parent or legal guardian where permitted by law.
You may not use the Site or our products for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

- Orders reasonably believed to be intended for unauthorized commercial resale
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will issue the applicable refund to the original payment method.
Customer-requested cancellations are governed by our Returns & Exchanges Policy and applicable Shopify cancellation rules.
4. PRODUCT INFORMATION
We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, specifications, materials, dimensions, finishes, colors, photographs, pricing, and availability accurately.
However, digital screens, lighting, photography, manufacturing tolerances, and other factors may cause slight differences between how a product appears online and how it appears in person.
Product photographs may not always represent exact scale.
Minor variations that do not materially change the product may occur.
Nothing in this section limits your rights where a product is materially different from its description, defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise subject to mandatory consumer protections.
Certain products may be offered in limited quantities or may be available exclusively online.
5. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
All products are subject to availability.
Adding an item to a shopping cart does not reserve inventory.
We may limit quantities purchased per person, household, account, order, geographic region, or other reasonable criteria when necessary to prevent fraud, unauthorized resale, inventory abuse, or other legitimate operational issues.
We may discontinue a product at any time.
6. PRICING, PAYMENT, AND TAXES
Prices displayed on the Site are subject to change without notice before an order is placed.
The price applicable to your purchase is the price presented to you during checkout, subject to correction of genuine errors as permitted by applicable law.
Applicable sales taxes, shipping charges, duties, customs charges, or other amounts may be added or disclosed as appropriate during checkout or as described in our Shipping Policy.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, payment, and account information.
Payment transactions are processed through Shopify and/or authorized third-party payment providers.
We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing or calculation errors and, where appropriate, give you the opportunity to confirm or cancel an affected order.
7. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Shipping, processing times, delivery estimates, shipping charges, international shipping, customs responsibilities, and related matters are governed by our Shipping Policy.
Delivery estimates are estimates rather than guarantees unless expressly stated otherwise or required by applicable law.
We are not responsible for delays caused solely by shipping carriers, customs authorities, weather, natural events, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control, except where applicable law places responsibility on us.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address.

8. RETURNS, EXCHANGES, REFUNDS, AND CANCELLATIONS
Eligible returns, exchanges, refunds, damaged or incorrect items, final-sale merchandise, and order cancellations are governed by our Returns & Exchanges Policy.
Our standard online return window is described in that policy.
Nothing in these Terms or our Returns & Exchanges Policy is intended to limit rights that cannot legally be waived or restricted.
9. PURCHASES THROUGH NORAH BOUTIQUE
A curated selection of Lia H merchandise, including products from The H Edit, may be available through Norah Boutique at Union Station in Washington, DC.
Purchases completed directly through Norah Boutique are transactions processed by that retailer and are subject to the boutique's applicable purchasing, payment, return, exchange, and refund procedures.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, these Terms govern purchases made directly through liahaddi.com, not transactions independently completed through Norah Boutique.
Selection and availability at the boutique may vary.
10. ACCOUNTS
Certain Site features may allow or require access through a Shopify customer account.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account access and for activity conducted through your account to the extent permitted by law.
You agree to provide accurate account information and to update it when necessary.
If you believe your account or order information has been accessed without authorization, please contact us promptly.
11. PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNTS
From time to time, we may offer promotional codes, discounts, special offers, or other incentives.
Unless otherwise stated:
- Promotions may be subject to additional terms;
- Promotional offers may have expiration dates;
- Certain products may be excluded;
- Promotions may not be combined;
- Promotional codes have no cash value; and
- We may correct or cancel promotions affected by technical errors, fraud, abuse, or unauthorized use, subject to applicable law.
A discounted item is not automatically Final Sale unless it is clearly identified as Final Sale before purchase.

Lia H, The H Edit, and associated branding and creative materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, published, used commercially, or represented as your own without our prior written permission, except where permitted by law.
Nothing on the Site grants you ownership of our intellectual property.
14. USER CONTENT, REVIEWS, AND SUBMISSIONS
If you voluntarily submit reviews, photographs, feedback, comments, suggestions, testimonials, or other content to us, you represent that you have the right to provide that content.
You must not submit content that:
- Violates another person's intellectual-property or privacy rights;
- Is unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, threatening, or abusive;

To the extent permitted by law, when you submit content specifically for publication, promotion, review, or use by Lia H, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, adapt, and distribute that content for legitimate business and promotional purposes.
This license does not transfer ownership of your content to us.

The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with the policies and notices incorporated by reference, constitute the agreement between you and Lia H concerning your use of the Site and purchases made directly through it, except where additional written terms expressly apply.
25. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction that provides mandatory protections that cannot be waived by contract, nothing in this governing-law provision deprives you of those mandatory rights or protections.
26. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our business, services, policies, technology, or legal requirements.

Changes will apply prospectively except where applicable law permits or requires otherwise.
